As the newest addition to our manicure table line, the Sonoma II black manicure table comes with with a dark sleek design that makes it great at modernizing salons. This dark elegant table comes with a flecked granite top, a gloss black base, and brushed aluminum accents. This manicure table is made from real wood, is acetone resistant and the granite top is scratch resistant. When you purchase the Sonoma II Collection, you open yourself to endless options of top-of-the-line furniture that will last for years to come.

1. Authorization

All returns must be authorized by ShopSalonCity. Any return without our prior knowledge will not be accepted and a refund will not be issued. Here’s how to receive authorization:

One of our Service Representatives will contact you to get the information we need to authorize and process your return.

We would also appreciate any related photos or videos so that we can better understand the issue you had with your purchase. Once the return merchandise has been received, ShopSalonCity will issue a refund and/or credit, which will be processed within 7 business days.

2. Eligibility

New and unused products in their original packaging are eligible for a full refund if sent back to ShopSalonCity within 30 days of the day the product was delivered to your location. Returns after 30 days of the receipt of your shipment will not be accepted. Custom items, clearance products, and special orders are not eligible for returns. Products that have been installed or connected to plumbing (including but not limited to shampoo backwash units, pedicure spas, etc.), and beauty products (due to covid) are ineligible for returns/exchanges. Partial refunds are not available for partial kits – the full kit with all related parts must be included to be eligible for a refund.

3. Fees & Liability

All returned products will be subject to inspection and may be subject to additional fees. Returned product without its original packaging will be subject to a minimum restocking fee of 25%. If item(s) are returned damaged or not in the original packaging, an additional 10% fee will be assessed to cover those costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and ShopSalonCity is not responsible for any expenses incurred in the return process, including freight charges. All processing fees on returned items that were originally paid through the use of financing will be collected upfront before a return authorization number will be issued.

If an item was originally shipped by freight, it must also be returned by freight – you will need to prepare the return in the original box and it must be strapped to a pallet. If you have questions about this process, we are available during business hours to offer assistance.

Love it but have some notes for buyers!

The table came in two boxes, well packed and no damage! They called me and we agreed when and what time the delivery would be. I understand that you have delivery rules, but no one said that my order would be delivered only at the entrance to my parking lot (car side ). I am not a Terminator 💪 to drag this table along with the pallet, given that the surface is made of stone. It was raining outside and I could not wait until evening for my husband to back home. And the guy with the lift had to walk 5 steps to my garage, but he flatly refused to just help me. Now about the table itself: it is well made, the base with the drawers is assembled, you just need to put the wheels and the top on top (it is necessary for two of us !!! it is very heavy !!!) 10-15 minutes to assemble! Led Lamp space under the top of the table: (semi-circular lamps are unlikely to fit through) flat ones will go in but you can't see the curing time, so my lamp is on the table! The desk light must be free-standing, because the table does not have a free edge for installation. But I came up with a piece of granite on top and fixed my lighting. In general I like the table (of the best qualities I will note stability, granite top, its width and length for my workplace).

Beautiful but Heavy!!

Beautiful nail station. Great communication from shipping company, only complaint no call upon arrival they left the package in my downstairs neighbors back yard and I was home the only reason I found out was because I went out to check the mail. This was inconvenient because it is rather heavy and my neighbor is an old man. Had to call someone to come help get it in the house. I was somehow able to assemble on my own and use another table to put this heavy table top on but i recommend 2 people. Either way, I love this purchase. Just make sure the chairs you use at it don't have arms that stick out too far or you will have slight discomfort with reach for your client. Will definitely buy more for my future salon.
