This towel warmer was exactly what we were looking for. We are a Japanese omakase sushi restaurant, and we use small white hand towels to make oshiboris for our guests. The size on this warmer was perfect, and it get the towels nice and toasty warm. We are able to store them two deep, and the two racks inside keep it organized. This was the perfect replacement for our old warmer (a different model we purchased on Amazon) that bit the dust. The 5 year warranty is a nice option to have as well.
