This is a great chair. The range of height adjustability is perfect for me. Really saves my back. Also, the tight radius of the base keeps the wheels from getting in the way. The chair back allows for moments of relaxation during sustained work.
Not really sure how to rate things prior to unboxing but the website was easy to use, the shipping was expensive (I used to own logistics companies) no pre-alert on shipping or lead time BUT the driver called me when he was there, unloaded at my residence (I was at the shop) allowed my kids to take pics of each pallet. The driver was kind and an effective communicator. I didn't get a copy of my DO/BOL but should there be concealed damages I know how to sort it out. I'll definitely use the site again.

I have been using my new Adams barber chair I ordered from Salon City and I freakin love it. Could not be happier. Quality is incredible, it came in one piece besides a piece of the footrest which was 2 bolts, basically zero assembly.
