Job Title: Junior E-commerce Admin

Location: Dallas, Texas (On-site)
Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time / Internship

About the Role

We are hiring a Junior E-commerce Admin to support our eCommerce team with day-to-day marketplace and website administration tasks. This is an entry-level role, well-suited for new graduates or interns who are interested in eCommerce, online marketplaces, and digital business operations.

No prior work experience is required. We value strong attention to detail, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work with data and systems.

You will work closely with the eCommerce and marketing teams to help maintain accurate product listings and order fulfillment, support dropship processes, and keep eCommerce data organized and up to date.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in maintaining dropship SKU mapping across marketplaces, websites, and internal systems
  • Help track and update dropship ETAs and product availability
  • Create and update product listings on marketplaces and eCommerce websites
  • Assist with data cleaning, validation, and simple reporting
  • Support basic project coordination across multiple teams
  • Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications

  • Open to new graduates, interns, or junior candidates
  • Comfortable working with computers, online systems, and multiple tools
  • Detail-oriented and patient when working with product data and orders
  • Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets
  • Willingness to learn eCommerce platforms and internal systems
  • Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions and structured processes

Preferred (Nice to Have)

  • Familiarity with eCommerce or online marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, Wayfair, Bed Bath & Beyond, Shopify, etc.)
  • Bilingual in Mandarin (preferred, not required)

Job Title: Brand & Social Media Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a Brand & Social Media Specialist to lead brand development and social storytelling across our growing portfolio of salon furniture and equipment brands. This role will play a key part in brand strategy, brand positioning, brand launches, and multi-channel marketing execution, working closely with Creative, eCommerce, and Digital Marketing teams. You will be responsible for shaping how each brand is positioned, presented, and communicated across digital touchpoints, including social platforms, websites, marketplaces, paid media, blog article and other branded content, with a strong focus on community building, influencer collaboration, and social engagement.

Brand Portfolio

You will manage branding and social execution for the following product lines:

  • Berkeley – Hair & Barber Furniture
  • Mayakoba – Nail Salon Furniture
  • Dermalogic – Spa & Wellness Equipment & Furnishing
  • Otzi – Tattoo Equipment & Furnishing
  • Keen Essentials – Beauty Supplies & Accessories

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Positioning

  • Define and finalize brand positioning, messaging, and overall brand strategy for each product line
  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines, including tone, visual direction, and usage standards

Creative & Asset Development

  • Work closely with the Creative team to develop key brand assets for digital channels
  • Ensure brand consistency across all eCommerce and social platforms

Brand Launch & Campaign Execution

  • Plan and collaborate with teams on brand and product launches across multiple touchpoints
  • Support integrated campaigns that align branding with performance goals

Social Media Management

  • Own and manage the social content calendar for brand-related campaigns
  • Create, schedule, and publish daily posts, stories, reels, and short-form content, particularly on Meta platforms (Instagram & Facebook)
  • Build and engage brand-specific communities, including interacting with followers, responding to comments and messages, and fostering meaningful conversations
  • Identify, collaborate with, and manage influencers, affiliates, content creators, and industry professionals to support brand awareness, launches, and content creation
  • Support social shopping and social commerce initiatives, including product tagging, shop features, and creator-driven commerce content
  • Monitor engagement metrics and optimize content strategies to grow audience, engagement, and brand loyalty

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Branding, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in branding and social media management
  • Proven experience managing brand social accounts, especially on Instagram and Facebook (Meta platforms)
  • Experience building engaged communities around niche or professional audiences
  • Strong understanding of social platforms, content formats, and trends, including short-form video and social commerce
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple brands and priorities
  • Experience working with influencers, affiliators, content creators, or brand ambassadors, including outreach, coordination, and content collaboration
  • Ability to translate brand strategy into performance-driven creative execution
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams

Nice to Have

  • Experience in eCommerce and digital marketing
  • Familiarity with paid media, SEO/SEM, and content marketing
  • Experience in salon furnishing, beauty or wellness industries

Job Title: Growth Marketing Specialist

Location: Dallas, Texas (On-site)

About the Role

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist to support and drive performance-focused digital marketing initiatives across our eCommerce and digital channels. This role is responsible for managing and overseeing key growth channels, including PPC, email marketing, SEO, and CRO, with a strong focus on execution, optimization, and measurable results.

This is a hands-on individual contributor role. The ideal candidate has deep experience in at least one core growth channel and working knowledge of others, and is comfortable collaborating with internal teams, freelancers, and agencies to scale performance.

You will work closely with eCommerce, Creative, and Digital Marketing teams to help improve traffic quality, conversion, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Growth & Performance Marketing

  • Support and manage growth initiatives across key channels, including:
    • PPC / Paid Media (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
    • Email marketing & flows management (campaigns, promotions, lifecycle support)
    • SEO (working with external resources on technical and content optimizations)
    • CRO and UX/UI optimizations
  • Execute hands-on work in at least one primary channel while overseeing or coordinating others
  • Monitor performance metrics such as ROAS, CAC, CPA, traffic, and conversion rates
  • Assist with campaign testing, optimization, and iteration across channels

Channel & Resource Coordination

  • Work with internal teammates, freelancers, or agencies supporting PPC, SEO, or email marketing
  • Provide briefs, feedback, and performance tracking to ensure quality execution
  • Coordinate with internal teams to align growth initiatives with product launches, brand campaigns, and promotions

Data, Reporting & Optimization

  • Track and analyze performance using dashboards and analytics tools
  • Identify insights and opportunities to improve channel efficiency and growth results
  • Support reporting and performance reviews with clear, actionable recommendations

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in growth, performance, or digital marketing roles
  • Hands-on experience in at least one core growth channel, such as PPC, Email Marketing, SEO or CRO. 
  • Working knowledge of other growth channels and how they fit into the overall funnel
  • Comfortable working with data, metrics, and performance-driven goals
  • Experience using analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, ad dashboards, reporting platforms)
  • Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting brand marketing and social media (SMM) initiatives
  • Familiarity with content marketing, landing page optimization, and CRO best practices
  • Experience working in a digital marketing agency and/or eCommerce business environment
  • Experience with SEO and GEO, including strategies for getting website and content indexed in AI-driven search and discovery platforms
