Awesome service, great support staff who guided me via video how to install the replacement parts.
The chair is great and easy to install but the Business operation and shipping is horrible.
Tracking number doesn’t matter because I got mine 3 days after it was shown.
After paying $700 just for shipping, the package was left at the front door since “the pallet is too big to go in”
Part came in record time, is now installed and working fine. Thank you for your help.
I’m happy with the shampoo combo itself but there’s a screw that continually loosens & the stylist has to adjust it frequently. Plus, the delivery service said they would give me a call within the hour, they did not. They said that they would sit the box inside, they did not, they left it outside in the parking lot.

Very pretty chair however when it comes to the hardware I can’t even begin to start. The tub leaked since day one the circulating pump doesn’t start automatically when filled. The plumbing trap constantly leaks. When I call for service or technical support they leave you wondering what did I pay for a extended warranty if you have to do everything to fix the seat by yourself, since they don’t offer anyone to come out and repair the chair. It still not working as it is, very unimpressed with chair due to trouble with hydraulic system very disappointing and frustrating .

Unfortunately I got a bad unit because of shipping or something else but Salon city responded quickly to the issue.
