Unfortunately I got a bad unit because of shipping or something else but Salon city responded quickly to the issue.

First things first, thank you to my representative, Liam. He really went above and beyond to make sure my bed and accessories were in perfect condition once my bed arrived. I would purchase again.
Onto the bed: Get it. It’s sooo comfy and my clients are obsessed. It’s the first thing people compliment on as soon as they walk into my suite. I got the white, it’s more off white/ creamy white. I specialize in brows & was nervous using tint, but I keep the plastic cover on it & easy to clean.
Package arrived in timely fashion. One box. Not too heavy. Easy assembly. No issues with product quality.
Very comfortable for my clients. It is a little bit heavier then styling chairs I’ve had in the past. Meaning, when I try and spin the chair with my knee, it’s a little more weight than I’m used to. And it is a bit taller than pervious chairs, so long torso clients may have to Scooch down at times. But not something I can’t work on. One thing I’ve noticed is, it has a slight click when the pump is all the way down and spinning to the left.

I bought it for my nail technician wife. She loves it; it’s incredibly bright.
The chair is firm, stylish and very comfortable. I like the chair but have to take a star off because of wrong information. The chair is supposed to be able to raise up to 25 inches from floor to top of seat height as stated in description which was the reason i chose to buy this chair. However in reality, I was only able to raise it to disappointing 20in maximum when I need 22 in. I hope the company will fix all the descriptions to reflect the true of the product for us online buyers
