The best the chairs met all my expectations and more

These chairs are a terrible purchase. The chair doesn’t recline nicely. The first chair had a bolt that wasn’t machined well so it didn’t fit the arm recliner. And neither chair spins smoothly. So now I’m stuck with two chairs in my house that are not useful. And I’m out $350 sucks.
The wheels and handle are perfect , I'm guessing due to being for all brands I had to get different screws than came with, but works fine after that.
The pedicure chair arrived damaged. Not quick to respond
After spending over $5600, I'd expect to be able to assemble and install such beautiful pedicure chairs without a hitch. That was not the case. Firstly, the tub-side seat control (for the technician) was not plugged into anything and it took me hours to figure out there was an "extra" cord attached. After finally figuring out where it was supposed to plug into, I came to find that it BARELY reached. Then comes the issue with water leaking under BOTH chairs (installed by a professional plumber). I tried reaching out to customer service who simple told me to caulk underneath the bowl and they would send me a replacement parts kit "just in case". My plumber came back, put half a tube of silicone under the bowls, and said that there is NO sealant around the drains. For such expensive chairs, I just expect better assembly before shipping.
Customer service has not responded to my last two emails, has offered me ZERO re-imbursement for their flaws, and has guaranteed we will never be ordering from this company again.
Now that the chairs are working the way they should without leaks, I'll say they are beautiful and have great features. Shipping was smooth and exactly on time.
But having to pay for FOUR plumber's visits, and 3 days of lost revenue from not being able to do pedicures.... then having a customer service team who clearly doesn't give a darn about the customer's concerns/problems. I would recommend you check elsewhere and maybe pay a little more to save yourself the headache.
Ili purchased 12 high quality chairs from NY. I spoke to a few representatives who were extremely professional and attentive. 5 days shipping, no damage even the delivery guy was great. Very satisfied thank you!

I ordered two products and got notification that they had shipped and delivered only to find out that not both items were shipped and delivered. Only one. Them when the color processor finally arrived it was scratched and the meet were cracked. The only good thing is that it works
