We stand behind all our products. If you're not satisfied, we will refund your purchase so you can shop with confidence. Please review the policies below to see the specifics.
Authorization - All returns should be authorized beforehand by ShopSalonCity. To authorize, please use our contact us page or call us at 469-236-1826. One of our Service Representatives will contact you for further assistance to authorize the return. We also appreciate any related photos or videos to help in the process. Once the return merchandise has been received ShopSalonCity will issue a refund and/or credit to be processed within 7 business days.
Eligibility - New and unused products in their original packaging are eligible for a full refund if sent back to ShopSalonCity within 30 days from the delivery date. The window for refunds to be considered is 30 day from delivery date. Custom items, clearance products, and special orders are not eligible for returns. Products that have been installed or connected to plumbing (including but not limited to shampoo backwash units, pedicure spas, etc.) are ineligible for returns/exchanges.
Fees & Liability - All returned products will be subject to inspection and are subject to additional fees. Returned products without its original packaging will be subject to a minimum restocking fee of 25%. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and ShopSalonCity is not responsible for any expenses incurred in the return process. Partial refunds are not available for kit refunds - the full kit must be present to be eligible. After a return is issued, the customer has 7 days to ship out said product back to ShopSalonCity. If the tracking for the return has not been activated after 7 days, the customer is liable for additional fees or anything else ShopSalonCity deems as suitable for the situation.
