Upon discovery the brackets were on backwards.. however if bracket holes were marked, it never would’ve been installed incorrectly..it should say A hole goes here B hole goes here.. the instructions could’ve also explained this but did not.. I gave 4 stars because the instructions could’ve been better.
Ordered 2 earlier this year. Added on 2 more recently. They're absolutely awesome with the lower height and still get high enough when pumped up. Minor flaws in paint on base due to shipping/travel.
ONLY negative is the foot pump bar. If the chair's not pumped far up, the footrest will hit the bar. (manufacturer should change in future) Plan to modify myself, is what it is.
First of I have to say that dealing with Salon City has exceeded any expectations that I thought possible for a company today!!!! The product came fast and in pristine condition….after putting it all together had a little issue with autofill that they helped with and was fixed in less then 2 mins! I have only had Gemini for about a week, so far it works amazingly well for my needs. I love that I can adjust the heat for each zone, especially when foiling or using demential techniques, it makes even processing so much easier!
It was no problem putting together on my own. The wheels on it are smooth for movement around the clients in the salon! The base is made perfectly to fit behind my salon chair with a client in it on my mat.
I definitely love the options with this processor verses some others that I have used!
I made a portable shampoo bowl station using your cabinet and shampoo bowl. It worked out great!
