A Stainless Steel Salon Towel Warmer with 20 Towel Capacity

The 20L stainless steel towel warmer is designed to fit best in moderately-sized salons and spas. This towel warmer heats to the optimal temperature every time and includes an auto-shutoff feature for safety. Return Policy

1. Authorization 

All returns must be authorized by ShopSalonCity. Any return without our prior knowledge will not be accepted and a refund will not be issued. Here’s how to receive authorization:

  • Contact us using the form on our contact us page, email us at sales@shopsaloncity.com, or call us at 972-354-9395.
  • One of our Service Representatives will contact you to get the information we need to authorize and process your return.

We would also appreciate any related photos or videos so that we can better understand the issue you had with your purchase. Once the return merchandise has been received, ShopSalonCity will issue a refund and/or credit, which will be processed within 7 business days.

2. Eligibility

New and unused products in their original packaging are eligible for a full refund if sent back to ShopSalonCity within 30 days of the day the product was delivered to your location. Returns after 30 days of the receipt of your shipment will not be accepted. Custom items, clearance products, and special orders are not eligible for returns. Products that have been installed or connected to plumbing (including but not limited to shampoo backwash units, pedicure spas, etc.), and beauty products (due to covid) are ineligible for returns/exchanges. Partial refunds are not available for partial kits – the full kit with all related parts must be included to be eligible for a refund.

3. Fees & Liability

All returned products will be subject to inspection and may be subject to additional fees. Returned product without its original packaging will be subject to a minimum restocking fee of 25%. If item(s) are returned damaged or not in the original packaging, an additional 10% fee will be assessed to cover those costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and ShopSalonCity is not responsible for any expenses incurred in the return process, including freight charges. All processing fees on returned items that were originally paid through the use of financing will be collected upfront before a return authorization number will be issued. 

If an item was originally shipped by freight, it must also be returned by freight – you will need to prepare the return in the original box and it must be strapped to a pallet. If you have questions about this process, we are available during business hours to offer assistance.

Warranty Policy - Shop with Peace of Mind

Every product offered by ShopSalonCity is covered by a limited parts warranty that begins the same day the product is delivered. If anything does not work as intended within our warranty terms, we will resolved the issue with either replacements parts, replacement of complete units, a refund, or warranty repair services. 

Our team located in Texas includes skilled mechanics that assemble and work on these products every day. So if you have any issue, you can rest assured you are in good hands and we can resolve the issue quickly, and efficiently. 

ShopSalonCity Clearance items  are not eligible for warranty or service and are priced accordingly. ShopSalonCity’s warranty only applies to the original buyer and is nontransferable. Extended warranties are available for separate purchase from ShopSalonCity.

ShopSalonCity’s warranty is only active in the contigous U.S. Should a customer require service outside of the designated area, then ShopSalonCity will not be responsible for any shipping fees or duties that may accrue during the service process.  

Any requests for warranty service will require the approval of ShopSalonCity beforehand and can be obtained by filling out ShopSalonCity’s Contact Form at https://www.shopsaloncity.com/contact/ or contacting our Service Department by phone call and/or email. Requests for warranty service may be resolved by issuing replacements parts, replacement of complete units, a refund or warranty repair services. Any such resolution completed in full shall constitute the fulfillment of the warranty request approved by ShopSalonCity. Such resolutions are the sole remedies available to the consumer.

In the case of missing parts, customers have 7 days to conduct their inspection and report any missing components.

If a product needs to be shipped back to ShopSalonCity for warranty service, ShopSalonCity will assume responsibility for shipping in both directions. The buyer will assume any packaging costs and shipping damages caused by improper packaging will not be reimbursed by ShopSalonCity. ShopSalonCity warranty service only covers standard shipping; if expedited shipping is needed, the extraneous costs will be passed to the buyer.

Labor, parts or unit replacements shall not constitute the extension or renewal of the warranty period. Warranty service that necessitates shipping the unit back to ShopSalonCity will require a minimum wait time of 7 business days for diagnostics and/or repairs.

All items are covered under ShopSalonCity's 1-Year Limited Parts Warranty except for pedicure massage chair tops and towel steamers, which are covered for a period of no more than two years from the date of delivery. The limited parts warranty offered by ShopSalonCity does not cover damages incurred by wear and tear, extensive or heavy use, abuse, tampering, modification, or mishandling. Commercial standards allow for color variations which ShopSalonCity has no control over. Therefore, this warranty does not extend to color, grain, or texture. The warranty does not extend to fading, staining, tears, or wear, which have more to do with the environment and care the product was subjected to.

In the case that the item sent in for repair is found to be in perfect working condition, a labor fee will be charged and the customer will be responsible for the return shipment.

          Good, but shortsighted design leaves it wanting to be better

          This towl cabinet is my second on the quest for warm towels. At $200 it cost about as much as my high-end microwave, which has one hundred times as much engineering and design, in a somewhat similar format appliance. This Towel Cabinet is functional, and does what it was meant to do. The towels come out nice and hot, although I think they could be just a little hotter.The issues with the design are enough to recommend a new model, but not serious enough to dissuade anyone from buying this. - Put it this way: I recommend that you buy this over any of the much cheaper models, which are - if the one I tried from a hard to pronounce Chinese manufacturer was any indicator - often lightweight trash.Here are the faults I see: the wire baskets that hold the towels don't slide in and out on their Rails well. The grid that they're tacked together on is fairly open, with large rectangular spaces. This leaves the top drawer wanting to fall outward right where it could rest: open far enough to fit a hand in to remove the towels. Any design would be better if it allowed the wire tray to slide in and out more easily, particularly if it permits one-handed operation.The bottom wire rack also tips out easily. It then rides across the seal - a silicon gasket that is inset in the face of the door. The wires of the basket tend to pull the gasket out of it's track. The silicone that comprises the gasket in my unit is half an inch too short to fully reach all the way around its track, so there's a half inch gap at the bottom center of the door. The wires of the basket grab the free ends, and pull them out of their track. Seems like the gap doesn't need to be that big. For that matter there doesn't need to be a gap, and if there is, having it on top, or on either side of the door would be better.Overall good, probably reliable, but lacking some expected refinements. Possibly still worth the extra money.

          So far, so good

          My towel warmer is sleek and an attractive addition to my skin boutique. It heats up well and in a timely manner thus far. There are two removable shelves. Drop tray on the bottom is easy to remove and clean. The only thing I would improve is how easy the shelves come out. When I’m pulling towels out during a treatment, the trays slide out along with e towels very easily. It would be nice if you had to lift and slide shelves so they wouldn’t come out so easily when you actually don’t need them to come out. Aside from that, all is working well and heating up my towels nicely.

          Hot Hot Hot!

          Came in very fast, the unit itself is amazing gets hot daily quickly, we have a barbershop and it’s the perfect temp for all of my customers we have had no complaints at all about it being too hot, this was the best one we could have purchased, I did lots or research and most of the units on Amazon are made in the same factory with a different name, but this one has its own branding that you can trust, look no further this thing is awesome
